Before starting a new project or restarting an old one, it is important to design how exactly you see yourself after a productive work cycle. What is worth investing the time in and what isn’t?

If we don’t allow ourselves a pause to think about how valuable the idea is, we can all jump too quickly to either committing resources or having long discussions about
potential solutions that go nowhere.

Find out what is the one thing that needs to be fixed. What are the actions steps you can take? Are they attainable within a specific deadline? Always set a deadline to avoid beating around the bush.

Set a clear appetite for the week focusing on what’s not working, what needs to change, and what can stay the same.
